Installation & Care Notes
Synthetic Turf International (STI) EZTee® Hybrid is an exceptionally heavy, dense golf turf system. Because of its thickness and weight, correct installation is critical to prevent wrinkling, shifting, or premature wear from high-velocity golf swings. The installation process varies depending on whether it is being deployed outdoors over an aggregate stone base or indoors over solid concrete. Fill the trench with 3 to 5 inches of angular crushed stone (e.g., road base or 3/4-inch clear gravel) and compact it using a commercial vibratory plate compactor. Top with a 1-inch leveling layer of limestone screenings or decomposed granite. Install a heavy-duty composite or pressure-treated wood timber border (such as 2x4 bender board) level with the surrounding landscape. Secure the framing into the ground with steel stakes. Roll out the EZTee® Hybrid across the base and let it sit undisturbed in direct sunlight for at least 2 to 4 hours. This allows the heavy fabric backing to lose its manufacturing roll memory and lay completely flat.

Warranty & Availability
Synthetic Turf International (STI) provides an 8-year limited manufacturer warranty on the EZTee® Hybrid system. Because this product is a heavy-duty, high-impact tee line and golf hitting mat surface, its specific warranty guidelines differ slightly from standard landscape lawns to account for repetitive golf club impacts and iron divot stress. STI warrants that the 50% nylon and 50% polypropylene blended yarn structure will not suffer abnormal fading, rot, or structural fiber breakdown caused by ultra-violet ray exposure for up to 8 years. Covers excessive premature fiber loss or primary backing delamination caused strictly by factory-side craftsmanship or material defects. If a factory defect occurs within the 8-year window, STI covers the cost of replacement materials on a prorated basis determined by how many years have passed since the original purchase date.
