Artificial Turf Warranty Information

Genesis Turf warrants qualifying synthetic turf products for fifteen (15) years from the original installation date when installed and maintained in accordance with recommended guidelines. Coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects that materially affect product performance under normal intended use.

If a covered defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, Genesis Turf may repair, replace, or provide an appropriate remedy for the affected product in accordance with final written warranty terms.

Subject To The Following Limitations

This limited warranty applies to qualifying manufacturing defects and certain premature material failures under normal use conditions. Warranty coverage does not apply to issues resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, abuse, or conditions outside intended application standards.

Limitations On Coverage

• Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, abuse, or negligence
• Improper installation or failure to follow approved installation practices
• Flooding, fire, storms, earthquakes, or other natural events
• Use of chemicals or cleaning products not approved for turf surfaces
• Excessive heat exposure, melting, burns, or reflective surface damage
• Normal wear, flattening, or cosmetic changes from regular use
• Damage occurring during third-party transportation or handling
• Lack of reasonable maintenance or failure to protect the surface

Limitations On Liability

Genesis Turf’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to the remedies stated in the final written warranty document. Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages may be excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Claims Procedure

To begin a warranty review, claims should be submitted in writing with proof of purchase, installation date, photographs of the issue, and supporting project details. Our team will review the request and provide next-step guidance based on product eligibility.
