The dual-color blend mirrors real fescue grass without mowing, fertilizing, or pesticide applications. Serves as a clean, impact-safe alternative to loose wood mulch, gravel, or shredded tire rubber. Roll out a heavy-duty geotextile weed-barrier fabric across the entire exposed dirt floor to keep the aggregate base from sinking into native mud over time. Spread a 4-inch deep foundation of ¾-inch clean turf aggregate gravel across the layout. Wet the gravel slightly and compact it firmly using a vibrating plate compactor.
