TurfHub Bermuda Lite (and its companion variant, Bermuda Blend Light) is a lightweight, highly realistic synthetic turf designed primarily for residential yards, low-to-moderate traffic landscapes, and commercial common areas. Engineered with specialized temperature-reducing and light-deflecting technologies, it serves as an excellent all-weather landscape solution for properties in exceptionally hot or sunny climates. The fibers are structured to accelerate airflow across the canvas, keeping the turf surface up to 15 degrees cooler to the touch than standard synthetic grass variants. This makes it safer and more comfortable for bare feet and pets. The individual yarn strands use a 3D folded "Mini Wave" geometry. This design scatters and deflects direct sunlight to drastically eliminate the unnatural, highly reflective plastic "sheen" common in lower-end turfs. The yarn composition is UV-stabilized to combat long-term sun fading, non-flammable, and highly anti-acid to withstand chemical exposures or dog urine.

Installation & Care Notes
Installing TurfHub Bermuda Lite requires standard synthetic turf installation steps, but with special attention to sub-base preparation and compaction to compensate for its lighter face weight. Excavate existing grass and soil 3 to 4 inches deep. Smooth the dirt, creating a slight slope away from structures for water runoff. Lay a geotextile weed fabric over the cleared soil to prevent future weed growth. Layer 2 to 3 inches of Class 2 Road Base or decomposed granite. Wet the base lightly, then use a vibrating plate compactor until completely firm. Ensure the base is flawless; because Bermuda Lite is a lighter product, sub-base imperfections will show through the turf easily. Unroll the turf and let it sit in the sun for 1 to 2 hours to remove wrinkles. Ensure the blade direction faces toward your main viewing point (e.g., toward the house or street). Trim the factory edges, pull sections tight together, and secure the seams using outdoor turf glue and seaming tape.
