Global SynTurf Full Recycle-60 is a 100% recyclable, 60-oz, 1.5-inch pile height polyethylene turf designed for sustainable landscaping. Installation requires clearing existing vegetation, building a compacted aggregate sub-base, rolling out the 15-ft wide turf, seaming the edges, and securing it with GST turf installation accessories. Excavate 3 to 4 inches of the existing topsoil. Remove all roots and rocks to prevent base shifting. Install a 2 to 3-inch layer of crushed aggregate (like decomposed granite or crushed rock). Moisten it and use a mechanical compactor to achieve a 90% compaction rate.
